The living philosophy behind our work

Turning inward can be uncomfortable.

It is also where we can discover something precious.

In times of transition, change or tiredness, we may be tempted to do more, push harder or keep running.

A turning point comes when we pause and look within, towards who we are and what we are experiencing.

Even what we struggle to welcome, such as fear, resistance or a difficult emotion, may hold a key to our transformation.

Be Autentica is rooted in the possibility of creating a project, a community or a life that expresses your truth.

A movement from within into the world, through which your uniqueness becomes a contribution.

The lenses through which
we see the world

Through our experiences and relationships, we develop beliefs and ways of responding to life. Some become part of the identity we recognise as our own: “I’m the one who has to hold everything together.” What we believe about ourselves and what we do can reinforce each other, influencing our choices, relationships and sense of what is possible.

Always proving ourselves, taking care of everything or seeking approval may have served us for years. We can carry these same habits into a new project and find ourselves living something familiar.

Recognising that a familiar way no longer fits opens a possibility, yet the habitual response may still arise. In inner work, we can listen to what happens in our thoughts, emotions and body, experience another possibility and integrate it into everyday choices. We learn to recognise and trust what feels true to us now, while meeting the real circumstances of our lives.

These four principles guide my own journey and the work of Be Autentica.

Unique Essence, many expressions

By Essence, I mean our deeper nature, beyond roles, identities and achievements. In my view, it is with us from the beginning and remains intact; the way we connect with it and express it evolves throughout our life.

Each of us brings a unique combination of qualities, sensitivity and vision. Recognising this helps us trust our own voice and create from who we are.

Many parts live within us, each with its own history, needs and resources. Through presence, we can meet them and build a more harmonious relationship with and between them.

For years, I recognised mainly the qualities valued in corporate life. Making room for the others gave me ways of living and creating that I had been leaving out. My expression continues to evolve with each step I take.

Leading yourself from within means recognising what you feel, understanding what moves you and taking responsibility for your choices. This is the self-leadership I practise and help others develop.

Even when I felt strong and independent, duty, expectations and the need to measure up shaped much of what I did. Listening to myself helped me distinguish what I wanted from what I was trying to prove.

For me, sovereignty grows through my relationship with myself: staying present to my experience and accompanying my inner parts with love as I change and open to the world.

From this place, I can choose how I want to live each day, the relationships I want to create and how I contribute.

It also shapes how I respond to what life brings.

Individual Sovereignty

Bringing your truth into life

The way you act and contribute can express who you are: how you lead, what you choose to say, the project you decide to pursue. Through your actions and relationships, your truth takes form in the world.

Inspired and aligned action grows from listening to yourself and connecting with something greater. It can hold passion, ease, lightness and playfulness, alongside the commitment that creating asks of us.

I want the way I work to honour my body, my energy and what I can sustain. Through experience, I learn to recognise my own way of acting, give it continuity and let it evolve with the life I want to live.

Collective Impact

Your authenticity is a gift that can nourish life around you. Your contribution takes shape where your expression meets others: in the way you relate, collaborate and create.

I believe personal transformation and collective impact are deeply connected. The communities and projects we help shape also reflect the inner place from which we contribute.

For me, serving means offering who I am and what I know, while including what I need to sustain my own life. It is a relationship of giving and receiving, where my own intentions and interests meet the common good.

Idealism and pragmatism can live together: a generous vision and a willingness to meet reality, creating from what is possible here and now.

From your centre, into the world

Returning to yourself, reconnecting with your truth and giving it form in life: this is the movement I support through Be Autentica.

In our work together, we begin with your experience, so inner transformation can become your own way of living, creating and contributing.
